Role Overview
As a Back Office Executive at Happie Dealz, you will play a key role in supporting our operations through telecalling, digital marketing, administration, and public relations. This position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can multitask, communicate effectively, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain services, answer client queries, and maintain follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing social media platforms and online campaigns.
- Support content creation, lead generation, and engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports.
- Administration
- Maintain records, files, and reports accurately.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational efficiency.
- Handle daily office activities and support management tasks.
- Public Relations (PR)
- Assist in building a positive brand image through communication.
- Support outreach activities, events, and networking initiatives.
- Draft and share updates with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and MS Office tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
