Job Summary:
The B2B Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth for the rice mill in domestic and international B2B markets. This role focuses on building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and fostering strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, exporters, retailers, food processing companies, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement B2B marketing plans to promote the rice mill’s products (e.g., raw, parboiled, or basmati rice).
- Identify and target key segments including bulk buyers, exporters, FMCG companies, and HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) businesses.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website content aimed at business customers.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
- Develop strategies to generate new business leads and nurture relationships through CRM tools and marketing automation.
- Attend trade shows, B2B expos, and industry conferences to represent the company and establish new contacts.
- Prepare compelling sales and marketing materials, product catalogs, and presentations for client meetings.
Brand & Product Positioning:
- Collaborate with the branding team to ensure consistent messaging, packaging, and positioning aligned with business objectives.
- Highlight quality standards, certifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP), and supply chain capabilities that appeal to professional buyers.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure alignment on product availability and quality.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaigns, lead conversions, and customer engagement.
- Monitor customer feedback and market reactions to improve future campaigns and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the rice, agriculture, or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution models in the agro-commodity sector.
- Experience with CRM systems and B2B digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with export regulations and international trade processes (especially in South Asia, Middle East, or Africa).
- Experience working with government agencies, food safety certifications, and quality assurance programs.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (especially Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or French) is plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
