Main purpose of job
The Associate Professor / Assistant Professor ISE responsibilities include teaching a requisite number of classes, providing guidance and supervision to graduate students, participating in departmental meetings and providing academic support to Head of the Department.
Roles & responsibilities
1. Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff.
2. Training and mentoring junior staff.
3. Conducting research and publishing papers in academic journals.
4. Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
5. Providing demonstrations and supervising experiments and investigations.
6. Providing Department Heads with feedback on student progress.
7. Writing proposals to secure funding for research.
8. Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for improvement.
Skills required
. BTech Degree in (Computer Science and Engineering or Data Science or AIML)
· MTech Degree in (Computer Science and Engineering or Data Science or AIML)
· Minimum three years of teaching experience
· Strong analytical, observational and problem-solving skills
· A good record of attending conferences and academic events
· Excellent research, writing and interpersonal skills
· A passion for teaching and engaging with students
· Patience, understanding and willingness to help
