Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within timelines and budgets.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Track project progress, identify risks, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA) for smooth project execution.
Manage project documentation, reports, and communication.
Support in resource planning, task allocation, and ensuring adherence to processes.
Ensure client satisfaction by handling queries, escalations, and change requests effectively.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
✅ 1-2years of experience in project coordination or project management (IT preferred).
✅ Strong communication and client-handling skills.
✅ Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
✅ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✅ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Good to Have
✨ Certification in Agile / Scrum / PMP.
✨ Experience working in an IT services or software company.
✨ Exposure to Agile methodologies.
