Role Proficiency:
Comfortable discussing offerings services and capabilities internally. Demonstrate ability with messaging in the technology / digital transformation space. Display good understanding of digital/inbound and outbound marketing roles and metrics.

- Constantly monitor and analyze trends across industry domains and technology areas.

- Support the mission vision and culture of the organization and the UST brand by generating positive communication in internal and/or external media (and in all social media channels).
- Create visibility for the unique UST organizational and employee culture as well as relaying compelling stories about our offerings across the portfolio.
- Collaborate on designing brand narratives and stories for all types of media from traditional to digital and for all types of influencers including social governmental think-tank and other global thought leaders.
- Collaborate with UST Global marketing teams and leadership to develop and coordinate advertising marketing and promotional plans across the portfolio and for recruiting needs.
- Manage end to end consistent external communication in line with organizational brand and marketing strategies while creating a detailed tactical plan and calendar for amplifying each specific campaign through PR and social media channels.
- Working with other team members design and implement strategy to grow online influencer base and overall traffic to UST social media channels; providing analytics around effectiveness to management
- Ensure periodic update of key news on UST social medial channels; refine core messaging to ensure consistency in communication across all channels.
- Track and manage effectiveness and MROI campaigns.
- Monitor any UST branding or messaging violations in social media channels
- Establish reporting dashboard and communicate results weekly including analyses overviews insights and optimization opportunities.
- Work with teams globally to maintain annual calendars of events campaigns and activities organized.

Additional Comments:Role: Marcom Specialist Location: Bangalore, India. The marketing specialist role will work on the Biosciences division focus areas, managing: • Vendor Management: Liaise with creative, print, and activation vendors to execute projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality and compliance to brand standards. • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage marketing collateral, giveaways, and printed assets inventory maintaining an organized and efficient tracking system. • Marketing Asset Coordination: Own the structured management of regional content (event photos, brochures, videos, collateral, presentations, etc.) on shared platforms, ensuring easy access, version control, and governance of all assets. • Event Management: Coordinate end to end logistics for customer facing events including venue, sponsorships, branding elements, booth set ups etc. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, event management, or marcom execution. • Experience working in a multinational matrix environment preferred. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to multitask effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint/OneDrive. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for operational excellence.
