- They will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- Make calls to existing and potential clients of Varthana to present and sell the Beyond loan offering of Varthana.
- Will Co ordinate with different vendors to fix appointment for demonstration of products.
- Will Ensure and track the closure of Demos to the customer
- Will carry the beyond loan product target for the branch.
- Will work closely with the relationship managers/ STP team and other function to ensure we
- Will actively work with the Relationship managers to solicit newer leads and work to close the deals with the potential clients
- Will work to maintain records of calls/ Maintain Mis and ensure timely reporting of the same
- Local language and English is a must
