Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support Actuals/ Forecast/ Budget and Business Plan Opening the system and closing the system without any errors.
- Understand and update the structural changes in IMPRS DRM based on the request from Corporate / Skill team / Segment / based on scenario.
- Support the Revenue and Material Cost skill teams on the queries / issues raised by them in the production.
- Validate Incurred to absorbed for the skill teams based on the assigned skill team.
- Support / prepare the required training materials to educate the users.
- Provide / update accesses to new user / existing users.
- Support external and internal Audits related to accesses and relevant processes.
- Drive efficiency in process, Identify and lead process simplification, leveraging technology to automate process.
- Support team common activities and ensure to complete on time.
- Handle the communications role efficiently as and when there are changes in the IMPRS structure and any issues update to users.
- System reconciliation to be performed between IMPRS vs HFM / ACT vs IS, Cashflow recons on timely basis.
