Job Description
- SPOC for all the MEP activities at site level.
- Should lead the project in terms of all the aspects.
- Driving the team and ensuring that all works are happening without deviation in quality.
- Driving the main contractor and ensuring that all the required resources arranged to get the job done.
- Identifying the long lead items and tracking them until it reaches to site delivery by coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Coordination with consultant on availability of all design drawings and ensuring that all are getting approved in time to achieve the timelines.
- Preparation of weekly reports and updating the status to project directors in terms of MEP aspects.
- Ensuring that all the capital equipment’s (like chillers, cooling towers, pumps etc,.) are installing as per the approved method statements.
- Conducting the meetings with contractor and providing the execution clearances.
- Ensuring that all the works are happening without deviation of client safety protocols.
- Internal coordination with all subcontractors and civil team.
- Ensuring that all the materials are available and planned for deliveries as per the agreed project schedule timelines.
- Coordination with clients’ stakeholders and updating the status on daily basis.
- Should lead the project in terms of MEP works execution and ensure that all the works are happening as per the approved drawings. Driving down the level team in terms of all MEP activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Mechanical with an experience of 4 to 8 years.
- Responsible for managing entire project design delivery. MEP background preferred
- Experience in Industrial sector experience, base build and Fit out
- Should be having good knowledge in MEP to understand all the parameters.
