1. 4-5 years of experience, proficient in GAAP/IFRS financial reporting and multi-entity consolidation. 2. Expertise in CTR process, preferably with a background in PE or fund management, which would be an added advantage. 3. Strong experience in managing month-end close, account reconciliation, journal entries, and financial risk mitigation. 4. Skilled in conducting internal audits, implementing internal controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and troubleshooting complex accounting issues. 6.
