Job Description
Spectrum Solar Power is hiring Sales Officers (Male Only) for multiple locations – Kasargod, Uppala, Cheruvathoor, and Kanhangad. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, promoting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote and explain solar products and services to clients.
- Conduct field visits, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:
- Male candidates only.
- Graduate/Diploma in Business/Marketing ,Technical or relevant field (preferred).
- Prior sales experience (experience in solar/renewable energy preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
