This hybrid role combines architectural design skills with sales expertise. Responsibilities typically include:
Architectural Duties
Assisting in creating architectural drawings, designs, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD,SketchUp, Lumion.
Conducting site visits and collaborating with clients to refine design concepts.
Sales Responsibilities
Identifying potential clients and building strong relationships with them.
Presenting design solutions and services to clients in a persuasive manner.
Preparing proposals, cost estimates, and closing sales deals.
Working with the marketing team to promote services and acquire leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in architectural software and design principles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to balance creative design tasks with a results-driven sales approach.
This role is ideal for someone with both a passion for architecture and a flair for client engagement and business development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
