Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in real estate

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept, working, and detailed drawings for architectural and interior projects.
- Coordinate architectural layouts with structural and MEP consultants to produce clash-free coordination drawings.
- Present design concepts and layouts to senior management and clients.
- Liaise with government authorities for sanction drawings, approvals, and NOCs.
- Develop BOQs for architectural and interior works; coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution.
- Supervise site execution of architectural and interior works, ensuring quality and snag-free delivery.
- Create 3D visuals, renderings, and walkthroughs as per project and client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (planning, legal, accounts) for smooth project flow.
- Participate in architectural competitions and design evolution discussions.
- Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring skill development and quality deliverables.
