Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our sales team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing soft sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong convincing aptitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Send Zoom meeting invite links to students via the CRM system in a timely and organized manner.
Communicate with students to ensure they attend their scheduled meetings on time.
Effectively manage and organize appointments, ensuring Education & Career Counsellors (ECCs) are present for all sessions as scheduled.
Act as a bridge between Students and ECCs to ensure seamless coordination throughout the counselling process.
Guide students in joining Zoom sessions and promptly address any questions or technical issues they may face.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM, including call logs, meeting notes, and appointment statuses.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele-calling or a similar sales/customer service role.
Freshers or less than 1yr Exp candidate is also welcome
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
