Job Description:
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Amazon Order Fulfilment Executive/Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing via Amazon Seller Central. This role includes handling FBA and FBM orders, coordinating shipments with warehouses and carriers, managing new carrier onboarding, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s packaging and delivery standards. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills, be adept at customer service, and possess knowledge of Amazon performance metrics and reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process FBA and FBM orders daily via Amazon Seller Central and coordinate with domestic carriers.
- Manage new carrier onboarding to expand and optimize the shipping network.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
- Track deliveries, manage returns, refunds, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and avoid stock-outs.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s packaging, shipping, and delivery guidelines.
- Respond rapidly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Amazon cases effectively, including handling performance metrics and resolving issues.
- Oversee reimbursements and claims with Amazon to recover losses.
- Utilize strong copywriting skills for communication and case management.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce order processing, preferably on Amazon.
- Proficient with Amazon Seller Central and related order fulfilment tools.
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate efficiently across teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Amazon performance metrics and case management.
- Experience in carrier onboarding and logistics coordination is a plus.
