- Handle admission inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct school tours, presentations, and open houses for prospective parents
- Clearly communicate the school’s academic programs, CBSE curriculum, extracurricular offerings, and values
- Guide parents through the admission process — applications, documentation, assessments, and interviews
- Maintain and update admission records, application status, and lead follow-ups using school CRM systems
- Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and communication between parents and academic staff
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns in collaboration with the communications team
- Ensure all queries are resolved with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Assist in onboarding new students and organizing parent orientation sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling student and parent information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language fluency preferred)
- Confident public speaker with a warm, approachable personality
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school systems (preferred)
