1. Enquiry & Outreach
· Respond promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
· Provide accurate information regarding academic programs, extracurricular activities, admission criteria, and school facilities.
· Represent the school at events, education fairs, and orientation sessions.
2. Admissions Process Management
· Guide parents and students through the admission process, application form completion, and documentation requirements.
· Schedule and coordinate placement assessment, school tours, interviews, and orientation programs.
· Maintain records of enquiries, applications, and admissions using the school’s CRM or database system.
3. Relationship Building
· Act as the liaison between parents, students, and the school’s academic/administrative teams.
· Ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for prospective families.
· Follow up with prospective parents to support their decision-making process.
4. Marketing & Communication Support
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create admission campaigns, brochures, and promotional material.
· Share parent/student feedback with management for continuous improvement.
· Assist in designing strategies to meet enrolment targets.
5. Reporting & Compliance
· Generate periodic reports on admissions status, conversion rates, and enrolment data.
· Ensure adherence to school policies and regulatory requirements during admissions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
