Job Title: DevOps Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Intern to support our infrastructure and deployment team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation while working closely with senior DevOps engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Support CI/CD pipeline setup and improvements using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Help automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools, practices, and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line operations.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Prior project or internship experience related to DevOps.
