Responsibilities
- Attend to all walk-in enquiries at our Bangalore office and provide professional counselling to students and parents.
- Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable study abroad programs.
- Guide students through the application, admission, and visa processes.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into admissions by enrolling students into our service packages.
- Maintain proper records of all enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in admissions, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth student support.
- Act as a proactive representative of the company, taking responsibility for office-based sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a cheerful, approachable personality.
- Prior experience in counselling, student advisory, or sales roles (preferably in the education or study abroad sector).
- Proven ability to convert leads/walk-ins into paying customers.
- Strong working knowledge of the sales funnel and effective counselling techniques.
- Good understanding of student acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Ability to handle walk-ins independently and deliver a great customer experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the study abroad industry (Germany, Ireland, or other destinations).
- Exposure to working with high-volume student walk-ins or sales teams.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Education Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
