Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in student counseling or academic admissions preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
- Customer service mindset with a student-centric approach.
- Familiarity with student visa processes (especially for international admissions) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
