Qatar Airways is recruiting for the role of Administration Coordinator within IT Department based in Ahmedabad, India.
The position will be responsible for providing administration support for the smooth functioning of the department on a daily basis, performing secretarial duties (handling of confidential and sensitive information), representation of department through the management of correspondence, telephone and personal contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative & secretarial duties to support requirements & maintain department functions on daily basis,
- Managing, co-ordination & maintaining calendar of appointments, travel arrangements records of communications (documents, faxes, mails) for the department,
- Providing business documentation support including report writing, presentation creation, spreadsheet preparation & distribution of such materials,
- Communication & providing information internally & externally to assist & enable administrative support & effective services to concerned sections,
- Tracking department staff duty travel papers (exit permit, tickets, per diem allowances, hotel & visas),
- Arranging required office equipment for new & existing staff,
- Accessing & maintaining records of department assets,
- Performing other related duties, as assigned, for ensuring effective & efficient functioning of work unit.

Qualifications
- Graduation from recognized university with minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Certificate in Computer applications – MS office (Word, Excel, Power point, Access).
