Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, invoicing, payments, and receipts • Support in maintaining general ledger accounts and bank statement reconciliation • Help with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation • Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and maintaining financial records • Support internal and external audit processes by maintaining of past, present and future records. • Coordinate with vendors for payments and maintain proper documentation • Ensure accuracy in financial data entry and reporting • Work with Tally accounting software for data entry and basic reporting
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars • Assist in HR activities including employee onboarding documentation • Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents • Support travel arrangements and expense management • Maintain visitor logs and handle reception duties when required • Assist in policy implementation and office procedure adherence • Handle document management, scanning, and archiving
General Support
- Provide administrative support for day to day office needs,, Support to senior management and various departments • Coordinate between different teams for smooth workflow • Assist in project documentation and follow-ups • Support in organizing company events and meetings • Handle confidential information with discretion
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Background
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field • Additional certification in accounting or office management is a plus
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in finance/accounting and administrative roles • Proficiency in Tally, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax regulations • Familiarity with office management software and tools • Good typing speed and computer literacy
