Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support HR and accounts departments with administrative work as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Business Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
