Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and well-presented female Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and assist in basic administrative duties at GMIndia Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate person or department.
● Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
● Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.).
● Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
● Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
● Maintain visitor records and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
● Assist HR or admin department in daily tasks as required.
Requirements:
● Only Female candidates preferred.
● Minimum Graduate.
● Good communication skills in English and Tamil and other languages plus.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Pleasant personality and a professional approach.
● Prior experience in reception or administrative work is a plus.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,189.86 per month
