Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Administrative Duties:
- Handle day-to-day office administration such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, invoices, and documentation.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Support inventory management and stock tracking related to sales.
Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact for clients for basic inquiries and support.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 06 Month of experience in sales coordination or admin roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
