Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in the footwear industry. Candidates with prior experience in footwear exports or wholesale sales will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential international clients through calls, emails, and networking platforms.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, shipment, and customer support.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in international sales.
- Industry Preference: Footwear industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of export documentation and processes will be a plus.
