Job Purpose:
The Accounts Assistant provides support to the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of financial data, maintains records, and assists with reporting and reconciliation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, expense forms, and payments accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and audits.
- Respond to finance-related queries from other departments and external suppliers.
- Carry out general administrative duties within the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
and proficiency in Tally ERP .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
