We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and contribute to the smooth financial functioning of our resort/hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and vendor payments.
✔ Reconcile daily transactions (POS, cash, credit cards) and bank statements.
✔ Assist in payroll processing and staff expense reimbursements.
✔ Maintain accurate records of inventory, petty cash, and procurement.
✔ Support month-end closing and audit preparations.
✔ Collaborate with other departments for financial compliance.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of accounting experience (resorts/hotels preferred).
* Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, Hotsoft, Idis
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and hospitality accounting practices.
* Organized, ethical, and able to meet deadlines.
* Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance (or relevant field).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
