Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage invoices for clients and vendors accurately and on time
- Handle all aspects of GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and supporting records
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in preparing financial statements
- Maintain and update financial data in accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for tax filings and statutory compliance
- Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and MIS reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
- Strong hands-on experience in invoice making, TDS, and GST handling
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
