Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for our organization. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, strong technical skills in camera operation and editing software, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for promotional campaigns, events, training materials, and social media.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video shoots.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop storyboards and scripts.
- Edit raw footage into engaging final videos, adding effects, graphics, and sound as needed.
- Ensure brand guidelines and visual style are maintained across all video content.
- Manage and organize video archives and file storage.
- Stay updated on industry trends, filming techniques, and editing tools.
- Handle live streaming and coverage of events, seminars, and functions (if required).
- Ensure all video projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and camera operation.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of photography principles and photo editing.
- Prior experience in educational or corporate environments is a plus.
