Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
Advise students and parents on their learning needs through structured counseling sessions (k-12 segment)
Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions daily, basis including follow-up sessions.
Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue.
Resolving queries and issues.
Meet and overachieve the given monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / master's degree in business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in EdTech/B2C or international markets)
- Perseverance to makemultiple calls daily and have significant talk time
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
