3D Visualizer
We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer with at least 2 years of experience in USA Architecture to join our team. The 3D Visualizer will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to develop high – quality visualization of proposed designs and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of architectural designs.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate visualizations.
- Develop 3D animations and walkthroughs for marketing and presentations.
- Revise visualizations as needed to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Stay updated on the latest 3D visualization software and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US architecture and 3D visualization.
- Proficiency in 3DS Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of rendering techniques, lighting, and animation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
