Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst MAP with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday Finance. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing geospatial data and integrating it with Workday systems to support our financial operations. Workday Integration Experts for the DDIT HCM Program.
Responsibilities
- Drive design prototyping build test and cutover integration activities during respective phases of the project and meeting scope quality timelines defined by program management
- Coordinate development teams from different IT CoEs (including AMS Factory Services) for design build and test of applications in scope of HCM Program.
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support financial operations within Workday systems.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Finance modules.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all geospatial and financial reports.
- Create and maintain documentation for all integrations and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices for data management and integration.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on geospatial data analysis and Workday integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in geospatial technology and Workday systems.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
