Patient Care Coordination
- Documentation Management: Ensuring accurate and timely completion and filing of all ward documentation(Discharge Summary) , including consent forms and medical charts.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining both paper-based and electronic medical records, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and readily available to authorized personnel.
- Medical Terminology: A working knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is often required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and other relevant software.
- Experience in hospital is a must
