Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call handling and quality targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional languages as per requirement].
- Good listening skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in a voice process / BPO / call center is preferred, but freshers may also apply.
