We are an online company in the business of providing translation, transcription and various other linguistic services to international clients from different timezones.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong organizational skills, excellent English, and basic IT knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project management: coordinating translators, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Handle emails and client communication with professionalism and clarity.
- Use AI for assisting with a variety of business tasks
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and project trackers.
- Provide proofreading support to ensure accuracy and consistency in documents.
- Assist with layout, formatting, and file preparation for final delivery.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required.
·Desired Candidate Profile:
✅ Excellent written English.
✅ Basic IT proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace, AI tools).
✅ Strong knowledge of Excel and Word formatting.
✅ Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Prior experience in virtual assistance, project coordination, or translation industry is a plus (but not mandatory).
✅ Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions.
✅ Strong command over any regional languages will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
