Mode - Work From Office
Shifts - Night Shifts (7 PM to 4 AM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and excels at multitasking. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks ranging from administrative work to customer service and calendar coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and appointment setting.
- Conduct internet research, data entry, and spreadsheet management.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and support tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports or summaries.
- Creates social media posting, content management and marketing tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate or undergraduate with minimum 1 year experience is required as Virtual Assistant.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar), Zoom, and task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
