Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Account Payable Leader!
In this role, you are responsible for Account Payable COE Operations & drive digital transformation initiatives for Consumer and Healthcare portfolio. The role reports to AP COE leader. COE leader will be responsible for all aspects of COE including people, process, client in all phases of cycle from pre-sales, sales, solution, transition, transformation, and operation.
Responsibilities

Lead service delivery and drive operational excellence by modernizing operation and delivering seamless service experience for our client.

Responsible for defining and execution of Digital Transformation roadmap through benchmarks, driving standardization, simplification, and digital agenda across portfolio.

Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and programs within the portfolio, continuous engagement with partners and experts in the industry group to identify latest solutions and bring the best ideas and solution for adoption and execution.

Drive growth mindset with teams and support front end teams for new business generation and client proposals and discussions.

Actively engage with clients to understand requirements and expectations to deliver innovative industry-leading solutions in Account Payable

Bring in thought leadership and technology perspectives including Generative AI, Machine learning, Block Chain, Cognitive Computing, Natural Language Processing, process mining solutions etc. to drive digital transformation agenda and deliver value for our clients.

This role will require the incumbent to be very ambitious, consultative, and well-networked with multiple functional teams in the organization. You will be encouraged to be passionate about the industry’s realities and pain points and know how to seek these using technology, domain, and process expertise.

Interact with senior-level leadership from Sales, Global Operations leaders, Solutioning teams, and functional teams to drive the common agenda

Proven ability to assess inherent potential risk and build automated / manual Corrective and Preventive control framework to mitigate risk in daily operations

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Postgraduate in Commerce / MBA fiancé Preferred/ CA relevant years of relevant experience in the related industry and role.

Proven track record of driving technology led transformation programs in Account Payable service line.

Experience of leading large geographically spread teams (2000+), including cross functional (operations, transformation, digital etc.)

Strong communication and storytelling ability with dominant executive presence.
