We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Video Editor – Specialist who can deliver consistently high-quality
video content across multiple formats and platforms. The Specialist will independently handle mid-to-high
complexity projects, including promotional videos, brand campaigns, and social-first content. In addition to
technical editing, this role requires creativity in storytelling, adaptability to platform trends, and the ability to guide
and support junior team members. The Specialist is expected to collaborate across departments, ensuring that all
video outputs meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
● Advanced Video Editing & Creative Execution
● Independently manage the end-to-end editing process for marketing campaigns, promotional
content, and brand storytelling videos.
● Ensure narrative flow, pacing, transitions, and sound design align with the intended campaign
objective.
● Adapt edits for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, OTT, etc.) while
maintaining brand consistency.
2. Motion Graphics & Visual Innovation
● Create and integrate engaging motion graphics, animated titles, and visual effects to enhance
storytelling.
● Experiment with new video formats (short-form reels, explainers, product demos) to increase
audience engagement.
● Ensure technical excellence in frame rate, resolution, and visual clarity.
3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
● Partner with content creators, designers, and campaign teams to deliver cohesive multimedia
campaigns.
● Understand project briefs and proactively suggest creative approaches that can elevate the final
output.
● Provide input in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for scripts, storyboards, and
visual direction.
4. Mentorship & Team Contribution
● Guide Associates and Juniors by reviewing their work and sharing constructive feedback.
● Share best practices in editing, software usage, and workflow efficiency.
● Take ownership of mini-projects, managing quality and timelines independently.
5. Quality Control & Process Improvement
● Conduct thorough quality checks on all video outputs before final delivery.
● Suggest workflow improvements to optimize editing time without compromising quality.
● Stay updated with new software features, plugins, and trends to continuously enhance editing
standards.

● Quality, creativity, and storytelling effectiveness of edited videos.
● Ability to handle mid-to-high complexity projects with minimal supervision.
● Contribution of innovative formats and motion graphics to increase campaign engagement.
● Timeliness of deliveries across multiple projects.
● Positive feedback from team members (juniors and seniors) on collaboration and mentoring.
● Reduction in rework due to adherence to briefs and attention to detail
Basic Requirements / Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Animation, or related field.
● 3–5 years of experience in professional video editing and motion graphics.
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
● Strong ability in storytelling, pacing, and visual design.
● Familiarity with industry-standard plugins, templates, and editing workflows.
● Knowledge of social media video trends, short-form formats, and content optimization.
● Strong collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
You will work closely with:
● Senior Specialists for guidance and alignment on quality standards.
● Video Team Lead for project priorities and escalations.
● Content, Design & SMO Teams for integrated campaign execution.
● Associates & Juniors for mentoring and project collaboration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
