About the Role
We are looking for a motivated US Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience in US Staffing. The recruiter will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, employment types, and visa classifications.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and databases.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, rate negotiation, to onboarding.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types and demonstrate strong knowledge of US visa categories (GC, USC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates across multiple US time zones.
- Format resumes as per client requirements and submit qualified candidates within deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Maintain daily/weekly activity reports using ATS/Excel.
- Work on Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as required.
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment lifecycle, tax terms, and visas.
- Proficiency in using ATS (e.g., Ceipal) and major US job boards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US night shifts.
- Strong MS Excel & reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
