Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven US Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for SAP and IT positions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP and IT roles across various levels and domains.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet job specifications and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate interviews and offer negotiations for selected candidates.
- Maintain an accurate database of candidates and client communications in our recruitment management system.
- Stay updated on market trends and new technologies to optimize candidate sourcing and hiring processes.
- Work effectively with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Handle different contract types including W2, C2C, and 1099 placements.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience for the US market.
- Strong understanding of different employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
- Ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
