Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 2–3 Years

Core responsibilities:
Identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
· Review and evaluate resumes to match skills, experience, and qualifications with client requirements.
· Conduct detailed phone screenings to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
· Follow up with candidates after interviews, provide feedback, and maintain regular communication until closure and keep it touch with the candidate till and post joining.
· Manage the offer process, including negotiations and final confirmations.
· Keep the candidate database in the ATS updated with accurate and complete information.
· Participate in internal calls to understand requirements and priorities clearly.
· Maintain candidate pipeline for future needs.
Must Have:
· Hands-on experience in US IT recruitment for 2–3 years.
· Should have a attitude of working on any requirement.Should have good understanding about the US contract terms
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
· Ability to screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
· Good understanding of common IT roles, skills, and market trends.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Negotiation skills for handling offers and closing positions.
· Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
· Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
· Problem-solving mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
