We are looking for an experienced UPSC Counsellor to mentor civil services aspirants. The role involves academic guidance, career counselling, and motivational support to help students plan and execute effective UPSC preparation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personal and group counselling sessions
- Help design customized study plans
- Guide on optional subjects, resources, and time management
- Monitor student progress and offer feedback
- Address academic and emotional challenges
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Humanities or related preferred)
- UPSC prep experience (mains/interview experience a plus)
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with UPSC syllabus and exam pattern
