Job Description :? • The UI Engineer plays a key role in shaping the visual and interactive layer of our agentic AI applications for industrial environments.? • This role focuses on translating design concepts into scalable, maintainable, and accessible user interface components.? By bridging the gap between UX design and frontend development,? • The UI Engineer ensures consistency, usability, and visual quality across our product ecosystem, enabling smooth user interactions in highly contextualized manufacturing settings. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems that align with product requirements and UX guidelines. • Implement clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for agentic AI applications across web platforms. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to refine prototypes, interaction flows, and design specifications. • Ensure visual and behavioral consistency across applications by enforcing design tokens, layout standards, and component patterns. • Work with frontend and backend engineers to integrate UI components with real-time data, APIs, and system logic. • Conduct UI-focused testing (usability, responsiveness, accessibility) and contribute to visual regression pipelines. • Continuously refine frontend quality through code reviews, performance optimizations, and cross-browser/device compatibility work. • Support localization/internationalization and industrial-grade UI needs such as role-based views, safety cues, and operator feedback. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Strong experience in building component-based interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React with TypeScript). • Deep understanding of HTML/CSS, design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive layout techniques (e.g., Flexbox, CSS Grid). • Familiarity with UI development tools and workflows (e.g., Figma, Storybook, Tailwind, Framer Motion). • Experience collaborating with UX teams and contributing to design handoff and iteration processes. • Knowledge of frontend testing and debugging (e.g., Playwright, visual regression tools). • Passion for clean design, visual detail, and delivering high-quality user experiences. • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
