Job Description – Tele Caller
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about college courses and hospital services.
- Counsel prospective students regarding admission procedures, eligibility, and course details.
- Maintain records of student inquiries, follow up regularly, and ensure timely responses.
- Assist patients with appointment booking, basic service information, and guiding them to the right department.
- Build and maintain positive communication with students, parents, and patients.
- Coordinate with the admission team and hospital front office for smooth operations.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
