Hiring for TSM position Modern Trade (Personal Care)for Top Leading Pharmaceutical Company .
Role:
- Candidates will have to visit all Supermarkets, D Marts, Metros and hypermarkets.
- Min. 1-8 years in Personal Care, FMCG (Not Food) & Pharma background.
- Candidate handling Shampoos, skincare, beauty products, pediatric products such as diapers, wipes, baby products are applicable
Location : Mangalore
Responsibilities:
- To achieve volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the network under charge
- Executing the agreed strategic alliances with key outlets - Timely implementation and follow-ups for monthly activity/ promotions specific to outlet and chain -
- Liasoning with Merchandising team for branding activities at stores
- Operating all Schemes & Promotional Activities (Marketing & Sales) as per prior approvals and discussed during the monthly review meetings
- Responsible for Controlling Dominant shelf space at the stores.
- Managing health of distributor channel on a monthly basis
- Assisting the Area Sales Manager at Sales forecasting Brand and SKU wise while looking at the Market Potential.
- Training & Development of distributor sales team, providing timely feedback in the market & through.
Other Details:
- Experience: Min. 1-8 years in Personal care, FMCG (Not food), Pharma
- Education : Any Graduate
- Excellent Communication skills
- Salary : up to 6 LPA
