- Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns, in-store activities, and merchandising initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective implementation in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Monitor partner performance and provide necessary marketing support.
- Negotiate trade promotions and schemes with channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Track and analyze trade marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Ensure brand presence and visibility across all trade touchpoints.
- Supervise POS material design, production, and placement.
- Monitor brand guidelines adherence in trade channels.
