Job Summary
We are looking for a Territory Sales In-Charge to manage and grow sales in the Ernakulam region. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing distributors/retailers, and ensuring proper market coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of trade schemes.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the Area/Regional Manager.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience (FMCG/Consumer Goods preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
