Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior staff in handling travel bookings, visa applications, and customer queries.
- Support in preparing tour itineraries, quotations, and documentation.
- Learn and work on marketing activities, social media promotions, and client communication.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with vendors.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Final-year student in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Owning a laptop is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
