We are hiring Trainee Supervisors (Male/Female) for a reputed Granite Company in Perundurai.
Location: Perundurai
Role: Trainee Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering
Gender: Male or Female
Shift: 12 Hours (7AM - 7PM) During training period
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Salary: 18,000/- during training period
Training Duration: 3 Months
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily team operations and task execution
- Plan and allocate daily production tasks
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
- Enforce safety and compliance protocols
- Monitor equipment readiness and safety compliance
- Track production output and resolve bottlenecks
- Enforce quality control and defect management
- Manage workforce attendance, coaching, and morale
- Report metrics and escalate issues to management
