Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and expand Boche Tea’s market share in the Trivandrum area.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients (retailers, distributors, and wholesalers) and attract new ones.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, using insights to optimize sales strategies and ensure that Boche Tea maintains a competitive edge.
- Product Promotion: Effectively showcase the full range of Boche Tea products to clients, ensuring strong brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively managing and expanding your customer base.
- Order Management: Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and follow-ups for smooth sales operations.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and report on key performance metrics to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of FMCG sales experience is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of the local market in Trivandrum and surrounding areas.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
